A Surprising Way to Use Avocados!

Good morning and happy Monday!

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE avocados and I have them nearly every day. In addition to guacamole, which I make whenever I have fish tacos, I use them in my salads, as a side with my breakfast omelet or with a sprinkle of Himalaya salt as a snack.

Avocados are a great source of monounsaturated fats which have been shown to improve cardiac health, are high in minerals, specifically Potassium and antioxidants such as glutathione. They are a delicious way to get heart healthy nutrients in your diet.

But most of the nutrients in the avocado are contained in a part of the fruit that you are likely throwing in the garbage! In today’s video, I am going to share with you what part that is and how you can include it in your diet to benefit from it’s incredibly dense nutritional profile.

I’ll be curious to hear your reaction and thoughts once you watch the video. I’ll also want to know if you’ve tried this part of the avocado before and how you include it in your diet.

I hope you are off to a happy week and are enjoying the summer!
