Reduce Inflammation with this Delicious, Creamy Pineapple Yogurt

Hey everyone! Happy Monday~

In today’s video I am going to share with you one of my favorite sweet treats that is super healthy and totally yummy: Pineapple Yogurt, made with almond milk yogurt.

Cow’s milk dairy is a common allergen that can promote inflammatory responses in the body. Instead, I use almond milk yogurt in order to keep inflammatory responses at bay. To that I add pineapple, a deliciously sweet fruit that contains an enzyme complex called Bromelain. Bromelain has been shown to reduce inflammation in the body, which in turn can help with the symptoms of arthritis and other chronic inflammatory conditions. Bromelain can also assist in digestion. To this I add some mint leaves for greater flavor and which also helps with digestion.

Inflammation is the precursor to all diseases. Whether it is an obvious inflammatory condition such as arthritis or it’s cancer or heart disease, all illnesses begin with inflammation. If you eat in a way that prevents and controls the inflammatory responses in the body, you will go a long way towards protecting your health.

Whether you are trying to reduce or prevent the symptoms of inflammation in your body, or are just looking for a delicious sweet treat that is good for you, you will definitely enjoy today’s video.

Give it a look and let me know what you think~

Have a great Monday everyone!
