9 Tips for Optimal Brain Function

Good morning everyone and happy Monday!

Today’s Motivational Monday came at the request of three viewers, each struggling with their own neurological concerns. One was a woman who has essential tremors, another was a young lady who was interested to learn what she could do to enhance cognition in order to ace her school exams and the last was an entrepreneur who was struggling to manage the stress of work-life balance and it’s impact on his ability to perform well at both. Each were eager to learn what they could do to help boost brain health so that they could move towards greater health.

Boosting brain function is also necessary when struggling with progressive neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, essential tremors, and memory loss to name a few. They are often chronic and can be very debilitating, eroding your quality of life.
