Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Salmon Fillet, 1″ thick, salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Herbs (Parsley, Basil, Dill, Tarragon, Thyme or any combo)
  • 2 Tbsp minced Shallots

Directions

Mix oil, herbs and shallots together. Coat salmon with mixture and bake at 450’F 10 minutes, basting with pan juices every 2 to 3 minutes. Cook until done.
