Happy Monday everyone!

I am so excited about today’s blog, because I am finally launching my new website after months of preparation! It’s been a long time coming, but I think the results are there. There are a few elements that still need fine-tuning, but ultimately I think it’s already much easier to find the resources that you need.

This week I want to do something different. Rather than you hearing from me, I want to hear from YOU!

I am committed to making this site a great place for inspiration, resources, recipes and anything that will be useful in helping each of you achieve your health goals. While I cannot comment on the specific health concerns of individuals I am not working with, I can still give broad overviews of how to help manage or prevent diseases, and this is where YOU can help ME.
