GLOW! 6 Easy Ways to Detoxify Your Skin

Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you enjoyed your weekend!

It’s finally Spring and ’tis the season to detoxify! With the long days of winter behind us, April and May are finally soon here. In order to look and feel your best, you’ll want to consider cleaning out your system to make way for the potential of Spring!

I’ve posted detoxification videos before so if you are interested in doing a total body cleanse that is fairly easy and does not require fasting, check out my video in the archives to get suggestions. Today’s video though specifically addresses 6 things you can do to detoxify your skin.

The first thing the world sees when it sets it’s eyes on you is your skin. This resilient organ says a lot about the health and integrity of your body. I so often see people that are looking to manage acne, eczema, psoriasis or even the signs of aging, by isolating the skin on their face, using cleansers, potions and creams to help themselves look healthy and well.

But your skin is a reflection of your internal environment. Having healthy skin is an inside job. You can use liquid gold on your face, but if you’re toxic inside, nothing will make much of a difference.

In today’s video I’ll discuss 6 easy practices to detoxify your skin. These habits will not only help your appearance but will also nourish and balance your body, allowing you to look and feel your best.

    I was experiencing a lot of skin breakouts and knew allergies were involved. I decided to follow JJ Virgin’s diet and eliminated the 7 deadly foods from my diet. I made a remarkable recovering. I did have to really zero into all the products that contained these items as well. And I thought I knew a lot about labels and foods. But nuts especially live in so many foods. But I’m finally 99% recovered. I also use Young Living Essential Oils on my skin and that has really helped. People who haven’t seen me in awhile ask how I stay looking so young. I feel so much better, exercise with TAI CHI and some Pilates with weights. So lost all that extra weight and doing good.

      That is so great to hear Louise! It sounds like you have a nice regimen going~ I like that it covers diet and exercise and what you use topically~ You have all your bases covered!

    Just wondering about juicing, do you recommend a particular juicer? What should i look for in one? I’m keen to purchase one but would like to get the best one first time round .
