Several months ago, a fan of my channel reached out and asked what she could do to manage her auto-immune disease. Sadly, these disorders are becoming more prevalent than ever and I often see clients battling conditions like Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis or Multiple Sclerosis. I decided then, to make a video that presents an overview of what one can do if they’ve been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease to start walking the path towards health.
Auto-immune disorders happen because the body’s immune system has started attacking itself. Western medicine typically uses immuno-suppresive drugs to manage these conditions, which can leave the sufferer open to secondary infections and other issues. But luckily, there is a lot you can do naturally to help restore some order within your body, to allow your immune system to function as it should.
Today I offer you nine suggestions to help you get a hold of your health. They are all very practical and doable and will leave you feeling much better in no time.
