5 Tips (and a Bonus) to Help You Slow The Signs of Aging

I hope you are all staying healthy and doing well as we move along the holiday season. It can certainly be challenging to stay true to your health goals during this time of year with all the food, drink and parties. Yet it’s possible to maintain your health goals with just a little bit of motivation.

And motivation is not just about your weight or the numbers on the scale. Motivation can come in a bunch of ways, from wanting to experience better energy and stamina to looking your best. These are the types of goals that sometimes can make it easier to refrain from too many desserts or drinks when temptation is high.

Aging gracefully is one such motivating force. So many women (and men) are looking for ways to look youthful so that the outside can match the exuberance they feel on the inside and the very BEST way to achieve that is to nourish yourself from the inside out. Aging gracefully is an inside job. If you take care of your health and eat right you’ll not only feel great but you will look great as well!

In today’s Motivational Monday I am going to share with you my top five practices to slow the signs of aging. They are easy and manageable and in practicing them you will not only look amazing, you will feel amazing too!

    Hi Barbara! Awesome videos!! I wanted to know how to get my immune system pumped up. I really like oranges but isn’t there a secret to enhance the balance of vitman C effectively? I am always sick and I have had head colds my whole life lasting sometimes a whole month…

      Hi Briana~ The sugar in OJ may actually weaken immunity. A better way would be to take it in supplement form. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist for the best dose for you, but trying to get enough from OJ is going to lead to sugar spikes which is not good for you overall.
