Great video. Love the display of organic foods that we should consume.
In my opinion sometimes merchants exploit the consumer by plastering the organic logo onto everything in order to increase their profits. With the information you provided we will be able to make wiser choices.
    Keep up the good work.

Thanks dad. But they can’t say it’s organic if it’s not….that being said, the standard for organic has slacked off, so we may still be getting crap in our food despite it being organic. But at least it’s less crap 🙂

Linked on my facebook and translated into Korean and sent it to my friend who are recovering from cerebral infarction and left leg and hand paralyzed. He said his brain function lowered than before sometimes.

This was a great video. I ‘m getting a lot from the videos of late, which address specific concerns that people have asked you about, but are universal and applicable to anyone aiming for well being. Now I better go drink some water— before I forget everything I learned about keeping the brain sharp!

Great tips as usual! I have to increase my Omega 3 EFAs, better monitor my intake of antioxidant foods, and keep the stress down. I know stress is my biggest issue…much to do and need to keep reminding myslef…I’m one person and I do what I can. Tomorrow is another day.

Thanks Louise! The Omega-3’s help to mitigate stress, so that’s a double benefit. And yes, tomorrow is another day and you can only do what you can do… you are enough~
      Have a great week!
