Continuing on with the Healthy Hair Trilogy, today we are talking food. Specifically, the best foods to include in your diet to have healthy, lustrous hair.
There are 8 foods that offer the nutritional building blocks for great hair and today I will be sharing what those foods are with you. I will also discuss how best to eat them. And here’s the great news; on this website you will find recipes that include these foods so you do not have to look far to find delicious ways to incorporate them in your diet. If you are not familiar with the previous videos I released on healthy hair, then I encourage you to go back and check out the first video on lifestyle factors that could be affecting your hair loss. In it I discuss any blood work or deficiencies that may be contributing to the problem. I also review what lifestyle considerations you should implement or release to help you have great hair.
The second video discusses supplements for hair. If you feel like your blood work is in order and you are already including these foods in your diet but are still struggling with hair loss, then you may want to consider some of the supplements on the list. Remember though, to discuss any vitamin or herbal supplementation with your health care practitioner.
