Happy Labor Day!
I hope that you are all enjoying your extra day off this week and I have just the perfect recipe to add to your barbecue menu to add great flavor to your end-of-summer meal.
In today’s Motivational Monday I am going to show you how to make a simple herb-infused olive oil. This is an easy recipe to make with just a few ingredients and which can transform a dish from plain to wow with just a teaspoon of this delicious oil.
Drizzle it onto grilled meats or rice, toss it with pasta, or my personal favorite, add a dollop to your vegetable soup and enjoy! It will enhance the flavor of anything you add it to.
Let me know what you think once you’ve tried it in the comments below. I’d love to hear your feedback.
Have a great day everyone, and a wonderful week! As we move into September, I hope you are all well and have enjoyed your summer!

Thank you Barbara, this is awesome, although I cheated. I had no basil but mint instead. So I used mint and parsley garlic , Gozo sea salt and olive oil. Delicious . Thank you.
Sounds interesting with the mint! So glad you enjoyed it~

Bout 2 weeks but longer in the freezer… mine lasts all winter when I freeze it
Great and easy idea… blending herbs with olive oil… and have it ready for use in many dishes. This will also be a great gift for my friends and neighbors.
