    What a great and informative video! Love it!
    One question. You reccomended I take folic acid everyday, and for some reason I stopped, I do not remember if you told me to or I just simply forgot about it.
    You know my medical condition and all the supplements I take. Am I getting enough folic acid from another source besides eating the right vegetables which I try to do as much as I can, considering that I do have a couple of drinks practically every day and two or three cups of coffee as well, which you say depletes the folic acid from my system?
