A while ago I wrote a blog about a transitional period in my life that generated a lot of concern. The emails and comments I received made me feel loved and supported, helping me stay open to gratitude even as life shifted around me.
What I didn’t share at the time was that one of my best friends, and the person who films and edits my videos, needed to return home and be with her family. And while my main concern was for her and what she was facing, I also knew that it was a turning point for me. I’m sure you’ve noticed that there have been less videos over the past few months. This is the reason why.
But as the saying goes, God doesn’t close one door without opening another, and it was my great, good luck that another opportunity presented itself:
I was asked by InStyle Magazine to do a series of videos for their blog!
What an exciting honor! The people at InStyle have been amazingly kind and so, so helpful! I’m beyond grateful to Ariel and Selene for giving me this opportunity!
And here’s where you come in… I’d love and appreciate your help in making these videos a big success!
We filmed five videos to be released over the next several weeks. InStyle.com will post them first and then I’ll be able to share them with you. In the hopes that I’ll be asked to shoot more which would allow me deliver more videos to you, I’d love it if you could “like”, tweet or share them. Your help would be so appreciated!
This past week, we released the first video for a deliciously healthy Winter Salad. It takes minutes and can be made with ingredients that may already be in your refrigerator. It’s also an awesome way to use up leftover rice. I hope you enjoy it.
Thank you in advance for your help in making these videos a huge hit for InStyle.com and me!
Love to you all!
