The Healthiest Crunchy Salty Snack—Homemade Kale Chips!

I hope you all enjoyed an amazing and relaxing weekend! And that you have given yourselves a food break from all the holiday excess and enjoyed some healthy grub to balance yourselves out from the junk that seems to be everywhere this holiday season! I know how hard it can be to resist~ trust me, I’ve been there.

Eating well and healthily can be a constant challenge. And during the holiday season it is particularly difficult with all the parties, events, dinners and seemingly endless supply of chocolate gifts that we receive from well meaning clients and friends.

This is why I always recommend to my clients that they stay armed and prepared with healthy, yummy food that they can bring as an appetizer or dessert to holiday parties so this way there is something there that not only they can enjoy, but they can share with their friends so that they too may see that it can be delicious to eat well.

Today’s Motivational Monday is going to offer one such snack. Kale Chips are becoming quite popular these days and you can buy them pre-made, but trust me when I tell you, that they are not nearly as delicious or healthy as homemade and they take just minutes to make. Not only do kale chips satisfy even the most ardent salt cravings, they are good for you too!
