In my 20’s, pasta was a regular staple in my diet. Cheap, easy and quick, I ate it nearly every dinner. Back then it was easier to keep my weight stable despite this habit, but as the years wore on, the carbs wore on me until it got to the point that I had to take a look at my pasta habit and make a change before it was too late.
Over the years I’ve found a few alternatives I love along with ways to include them in my diet. In today’s video, I am going to share them with you!
