Good morning and Happy Monday!

A few weeks ago I released a video on breakfast staple foods I keep in my kitchen in order to start my day in a strong and healthy way and I got amazing feedback from so many of you! I am pleased to know that you found the information and suggestions helpful.

Today I am going to share with you my lunch staples. You’ll learn what I keep on hand every week in order to make delicious meals in a hurry, whether it’s to shore up my energy during the work day or as a quick snack to hold me over till dinner. You’ll also see the many recipes you can make from just a few key ingredients so that nothing is left over.

  • Green leafy vegetables
  • Red cabbage

    Besides the animal products I have many of the same staples in my kitchen. I always stock up on nuts and seeds, fresh herbs especially dill when I can find it. And always purple cabbage. I also make my own beans and freeze them in portions sizes so they are there when I need them. For lunch I usually go all out and make a big salad or a big bowl of pasta with everything I have on hand. I’m curious though about wheat. Should people who are not celiac diagnosed avoid it? Thanks.
