Feeling Tired? Need and Energy Overhaul? Today’s Tips Can Have You Feeling More Energized Within the Week!

Happy Monday everyone and welcome to another Motivational Monday!

So, it’s the one main complaint I hear the most often and if my new clients are a gauge for how others might be feeling, most people are feeling downright tired! Nearly every time I ask the question: “How is your energy level?” to a new client the answer is almost always the same: “Terrible!”

We live in a hectic and crazy world. Everyone I know seems to be pulled in a million different directions and because of this, so many people are feeling depleted and disconnected from themselves. Additionally, with such a fast-paced life, there is little planning with regards to eating well, which in turn can lead to even more exhaustion. But this does not have to be the case. You need not subsist on coffee and sugar to get through the day. All it requires is a simple shift in some of your habits to unleash the tremendous reserves of energy that are being suppressed due to a hectic lifestyle.

In today’s video I am going to share with you seven tips that will help you feel more energized within a week! I say it often: your body is an incredible healing machine that know exactly what to do for your well-being and longevity, you need only give it the tools it needs to make it happen. Today I will share with you the top 7 ways I know of to help you feel more energized and vital and all it will require are minor shifts in your habits.

        I was a little worried about eggs but I actually just watched your video about them so now I have a better understanding. I am going to go with,no wheat,dairy,sugar. Lots of veggies and fruit,high quality animal protein(Salmon,skinless chicken,free range eggs) I will let you know how it goes. Thank-you for the response and all your great educational videos.     Thanks Barbara. Huge problem for me. I always feel tired which is pretty frustrating because I eat fairly healthy. Not perfect but I have a Green Smoothie for Breakfast about five days a week. Another thing is I have a pretty high blood sugar level and yet I hardly ever eat sweets. I eliminated Dairy a while back(thanks to you) and noticed I felt better but fatigue still a big problem.

    Besides eggs is there another good kind of protein you can have in the morning?

      Any kind really…. some people like smoked salmon in the morning and that would be fine. Some will even have chicken sausages with some sliced tomatoes and feel good with that. Also, make sure you don’t have too many fruits in your smoothie….the sugars in that could also affect your energy levels~
