Boost Fertility With 8 Amazing Super Foods!

Hey everyone and happy Monday!

I hope you all enjoyed Marathon weekend and had the opportunity to get some quality rest and optimal nutrition into your days…

Like all worthwhile and on-going endeavors like training for a marathon, you have to set your sights on the goal, train hard, eat optimally and get some rest. And starting a family is no different. It is a journey that starts humbly enough and then stretches out for the rest of your life. Some days are good and others can bring you challenges but having a family is one of the great joys in life.

Yet many couples who start out on the journey struggle along the way. And this can be difficult and emotionally challenging to go through. But there is much you can do to help yourself along, nourish your body in a way that will not only be good for your fertility but for your body in general. The other benefit is that these foods will also help to alleviate stress, which is a common aspect of starting a family.

In today’s video I am going to share with you 8 foods that can boost your fertility and then the best ways to combine them to maximize your nutritional intake. I will also share with you foods that you should absolutely avoid if you are trying to get pregnant.

Whether you are starting out on the journey, struggling or undergoing IVF, these foods will absolutely benefit you on the path.

As always, it is a great pleasure to hear your feedback and stories, so I look forward to your comments below. For those trying to get pregnant, I wish you much health, peace and success along your way!

Have a great Monday and I look forward to connecting with you again next week!

    Another great video Barbara!
I have a friend who is trying to get (and stay) pregnant and will think about sending her this video. It’s a subject to tread carefully on with her, since it’s a sensitive subject, but i think these tips are at least worth trying, and they are just natural ways to stay healthy. I always enjoy your videos, whatever the subject.
