Summer is in high gear and with just about 4 more weeks to go, now is the perfect time to amplify your fitness efforts to help you feel and look amazing so that you can make the most of swimsuit season.
In today’s video I share with you 7 habits to help you rev up your metabolism. I will also discuss with you what leads to a sluggish metabolism and how to prevent it, so you ‘ll definitely want to tune in to learn not only what you can do but what NOT to do.
But before you dive in, remember that the first step to keeping your weight, appetite and cravings under control is to stabilize your blood sugar. I have three videos on this topic that you’ll definitely want to watch. If you find that it is hard to lose weight, or that you are always feeling hungry and tired and that your cravings are out of control, you may very well have an unstable blood sugar that could be making it difficult to achieve your health goals.
